About Us
Prairie Benefits Solutions is an award-winning employee benefits consulting team led by Darcy Stasuik, exclusive Chamber Plan advisor for Regina & area since 1998, Top 100 Advisor 20 years in a row and all-around nice guy since 1969. Helping small and medium-sized businesses attract and retain good people with good benefits is our passion. (Perogies and giving back to our community are right up there, too!)
We can also help you protect your family’s wellbeing with life, critical illness and disability insurance. And any time you’d like a refresher on your benefits or a better understanding of the role insurance plays at various ages and stages of life, we’re happy to offer free education sessions at your workplace. We love this stuff and promise we won’t put you to sleep!

Time flies when you’re having fun
Our Team
We are awesome people
“I love partnering with businesses to help them attract and retain employees, creating an environment of happy and productive employees and inspiring our team to have a customer-first approach. We’re also blessed to be part of an amazing community and we want to give back!
The people I look up to most were my grandparents. My grandma, at 90, was able to relate to anyone. Whether it was talking about current events or listening to heavy metal music — everyone loved to be with her. My grandpa had a great sense of humor — always teasing his grandchildren. They lived simply and were happy. Simple is good.”

“My mother named me Lucky even before I was born. I’m from India and came to Canada in 2013. I had been looking for a job that lets me do what I love — working with people — and Darcy makes sure my daily work is enjoyable to me. I mean, where do you actually see your boss taking that on as a priority?
My role is to make sure our clients are able to use and administer their benefits plan without any difficulties. I’m also excited to build and implement our corporate social responsibility and community initiatives, our social media marketing and bring fun to our workplace!”
My favourite quote is ‘It’s nice to be important but more important to be nice!’. As your Service Associate, you can always count on me to be kind, whether that’s answering your questions or just helping you understand the, uhm, unique language of insurance.
Service Associate by day and Rainbow the Girl Guide Leader by night, I am all about making a connection with people, big and small. Whether it’s answering insurance questions or unsticking gluey fingers, I’m always here to help!

“I love working with people, getting to know them and hearing about their dreams and goals, as well as their past successes and failures. My role is to provide comprehensive group benefits solutions to businesses. I also help business owners and working professionals manage risk through life, critical illness and disability insurance.
Growing up, hockey was my passion. I remember spending hours at the rink, on my driveway shooting the puck around, and hanging out with my friends playing road hockey. Even though I loved playing hockey I realized at an early age that I probably would never make it to the NHL so my dream was to become a NHL general manager.”
